Tuna Dip:
Sprinkle directly or mix with oil and apply on fish, shrimp, seafood
Ingredients:
- Olive oil
- Powdered paprika to decorate
- Powdered paprika to decorate
- 5 ounces of canned tuna (drained)
- 1 pack of 8 ounces of softened cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of Atacama Dessert Salt
- 2 Tablespoons from Fish & Seafood Rub
- Capers
Process
Mix all ingredients well in a processor. Try and adjust the seasonings to your liking. When ready to serve, try adding a pinch of paprika, olive oil and the capers on the top as decoration. Serve with crackers or pita chips.
Tips: Accompany with toasted bread, chips or raw vegetables.
