Ingredients:

- 2 Cups of arugula lettuce.
- 100 Grams of sliced parmesan cheese.
- 4 Lemons their juice.
- 6 Tablespoons of olive oil.
- 1 Clove garlic.
- 2 Tablespoons of caper.
- Mix Steak & Beef Rub to taste.
